Jake Baker has been practicing real estate since 1986 and has become an expert in sales, marketing, and finance. He started out as an Owner/Builder, then got a Business degree from UC Berkeley in 1996, Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Officer licenses in 2002, and an MBA from Dominican in 2012. After working for a major mortgage broker, he decided to open up his own "One Stop Shop" Discount Brokerage so he can use his expertise and independence to offer clients savings on commmissions and fees well below those required by the large real estate and mortgage companies.
